Paradise cake and candied fruit.

My starting point for this accomplishment is always the same: “ La Torta Paradiso by Piaceri Mediterranei ”.

We can prepare a different cake every time and we can astonish our friends and family with a new flavor, a new flavor.

This is one of the peculiarities of this preparation: a new realization is always possible.

I have already cooked " Torta Paradiso "using a few drops of chocolate formerly; This time I found other ingredients in my pantry and starting from the prepared base ... ... .... I added diced candied fruit salad in the dough and after pouring into the mold the hazelnuts.

Prepared for Torta Paradiso by Piaceri Mediterranei : 1 package
Chopped hazelnuts (caution check the contamination)
Candied fruits: I used diced candied fruit salad " Fiorentini "gluten-free.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

CLASSIC RECIPE

Preheat oven to 165° C (ventilated) or 175° C. Grease a Loaf pan 18 – 20 cm in diameter.
Mount with the help of an electric mixer 150 g butter with 100-150 g of sugar and 1 egg.

Once you reach a creamy consistency add 3 eggs alternately preparation for Torta Paradiso and beat for about 3 minutes, at medium speed, until the mixture is homogeneous and clearer.

Pour the mixture into the mold previously oiled or buttered. Bake for about 50 minutes.
To test the cake baking, Insert a toothpick: If it comes out clean, is ready.

RECIPE WITHOUT MILK

Replace butter with 120 grams of seed oil.

VEGAN RECIPE (WITHOUT MILK AND EGGS)

Preheat oven to 165° C (ventilated) or 175° C. Grease a Loaf pan 18 – 20 cm in diameter.
Mount with the help of an electric mixer 120 g of vegetable oil with 2 ripe bananas.

Once you reach a creamy consistency add the prepared for Torta Paradiso and beat for about 3 minutes, at medium speed, until the mixture is homogeneous and clearer.

Pour the mixture into the mold previously oiled.
Bake for about 50 minutes.

To test the cake baking, Insert a toothpick: If it comes out clean, is ready.
