Background:

ÉLÉNA contacted us a few months ago. She had been provided with our contact M.me Marie-Christine DUBOIS (by AFDIAG) which we had asked for information for our trip to Paris.

ÉLÉNA (diagnosed celiac 3 years ago) loves cooking and especially baking with a predilection for desserts.

Financiers Tigrés Gluten-free Chocolate is the first recipe sent byÉLÉNA to share it with / through our site with everyone.

Financiers tigrés sans gluten 2

Ingredients:

80 g butter
50 g of almond powder Financiers Tigrés Sans Gluten -UNE RECETTE DE ÉLÉNA
100 g icing sugar

30 g rice flour
20 g cornstarch
4 g baking powder

4 egg whites
100 GR. chocolate chips
chocolate of your choice for garnish

Preparation:

Cook the beurre noisette : melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns slightly golden (will have a slight nutty smell).
Leave cold.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a container, Mix the powder (flour) almonds, icing sugar, flour, starch and yeast.

Add egg whites, mix.
Add the hazelnut butter, mix.
Add chocolate chips.

Distribute the mixture in the mold and cook for 20 minutes.
Unmold and pour melted chocolate into cavities.

Suitable moulds: volcanoes, savarin squares, Savarin Ovals, Trays, savarin, mini kouglof.
