A trip to Tuscany: Val d’Orcia and destination San Giovanni D’Asso for the White Truffle Festival of the Crete Senesi.White Truffle of San Giovanni D'Asso (Crete Senesi) This was the starting point of this recipe.

Enchanting places that give life to endless unique products: Art, Nature, Food.
We are truffle lovers and therefore what better opportunity to buy?

Return to Rome immediately the desire to taste the delicacy.

The recipe that I propose is very simple also to enhance the white truffle but be careful: You will need all the ingredients to be of excellent quality to obtain a perfect result.

First of all I chose to cook fettuccine – clearly glutenfree, but also fresh.

Our choice [for fresh gluten-free pasta (in all the different Noobis Food Gluten Free logo Formats)] is Noobis Food – laboratory with two points of sale in Rome.

Icon InstagramWe have tasted many shapes of their fresh pasta over time: always excellent, maintains cooking and a pleasure on the palate.

Entering their shops you can see how the pasta is processed: behind the glass expert hands knead. A pleasure for the eyes and the senses.

For our Fettuccine With White Truffle (Gluten Free), we have used the following ingredients to 3 people:

Proceedings:

Put the pot on the fire with plenty of water.

While you wait for it to come to a boil, take a kitchen boule and beat the eggs inside adding a pinch of salt.

Pour three tablespoons of Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated) and mix everything well using a fork or a kitchen whisk.

When water comes to a boil, salt and pour the fettuccine: little time and they will be cooked – check if you do not want to ruin everything with hot pasta.

With an openwork spoon for pasta, transfer the fettuccine in the boule [be careful to drain the water well] and mix well with the egg sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Make the portions and slice the truffle flakes on top using a truffle slice.

Enjoy your meal,

Anto

Noobis Food is also an excellent laboratory of sweets withoutUgly but Good by Noobis Food gluten: while we waited for the preparation of the fettuccine, we were tempted by these tasty "Brutti ma Buoni" glutenfree that we brought home for the pleasure of the family.

Recommendations:

White truffles should not be cleaned with water.
Use a toothbrush to remove any presence of earth on the surface and possibly the tip of a small knife.

Truffles are products to be consumed fresh: if you really can't eat within the day, you can wrap the truffles with kitchen paper, put them in a closed glass container and place in the coolest place in the refrigerator (Bass).
